Educational information only

The site provides general educational information about Florida real estate closings. It is not legal, tax, or financial advice, and using the site does not create an attorney-client or other professional relationship. For questions about a specific transaction, contact your title agent, closing attorney, or lender.

Calculator estimates

The closing cost calculator produces estimates, not quotes or offers. Your actual closing costs may differ, depending on your contract, lender, county, property, and closing agent. Your Closing Disclosure and settlement statement show your actual figures.

Directory

Listings in Find a Title Company are not endorsements, recommendations, or referrals. Listing details come from each company's own website and public sources and may be out of date. Confirm licensing and details directly with the company and the Florida Department of Financial Services. Title & Key appears in the directory as a regular listing; see Disclosures.

Official sources and outside links

Guides link to official sources, such as the Florida Statutes and the Florida Administrative Code, and to other websites. We do not control those sites. The official text of a law or rule controls over any summary on this site.

No warranty

We work to keep the site accurate, but laws, rates, and practices change. The site is provided "as is," without warranties of any kind, including that information is complete, current, or error-free.

Limitation of liability
